Who we serve

Regulars provides ordering software to restaurants. Each restaurant is the seller of its own food and is responsible for its menu, prices, taxes, order fulfilment, refunds and customer service.

Orders, refunds and cancellations

Food orders are contracts between the customer and the restaurant. Refunds and cancellations are handled by the restaurant under its own posted policy; customers should contact the restaurant directly. Card payments are processed by Stripe on the restaurant's own Stripe account. Regulars never holds restaurant funds.

Restaurant accounts

Restaurants may stop using Regulars at any time. Their domain, menu and customer list remain theirs.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Regulars is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Privacy policy

We collect only what's needed to take and fulfil orders: customer name, phone number, optional email, order details and, if the customer opts in, marketing consent. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by Regulars. Order and customer data belongs to the restaurant the customer ordered from and is not sold or shared with other restaurants. Customers can ask the restaurant, or email us, to access or delete their information. Marketing messages are sent only with consent and always include a way to unsubscribe.
